Return & Exchange

Applies to domestic (Indonesia) orders only. Returns and exchanges are not available for international orders.

This policy applies exclusively to items purchased at full price. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

For Orders Within Indonesia

  1. Once your order arrives, we recommend trying it on at your earliest convenience.
  2. Should the piece not suit you as anticipated, kindly inform us within 3 days of receipt.
  3. Returns and exchanges are accepted within this 3-day window.
  4. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Return Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and seamless process, we kindly ask that you:

  1. Return items unused, with all original tags and invoice included.
  2. Share your return tracking details with us upon dispatch.
  3. Mark the package as Non-Commercial Value.
  4. Note that return shipping, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
  5. Complete the Return & Exchange Form within 3 days of receiving your order.

Return for Exchange

We accept returns for exchange only. Refunds and store credit are not available.

If you would like to exchange your piece — whether for a different size or an entirely different style — please complete our Return & Exchange Form and return the item within 3 days of receipt. The following conditions apply:

  1. The item you wish to exchange into must be a full-price item. Sale items are not eligible as exchange selections.
  2. If the new item is of lesser value than your original purchase, the price difference will not be refunded — it will be forfeited.
  3. If the new item is of greater value, you will be required to settle the difference prior to dispatch.
  4. Subject to availability, your new piece will be dispatched as soon as your return is received and verified.
  5. Should your preferred selection be unavailable, our team will be in touch to explore the most suitable alternative.
