Both options apply exclusively to items purchased at full price. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
For Orders Within Indonesia
- Once your order arrives, we recommend trying it on at your earliest convenience.
- Should the piece not suit you as anticipated, kindly inform us within 3 days of receipt.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within this 3-day window.
- Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Return Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and seamless process, we kindly ask that you:
- Return items unused, with all original tags and invoice included.
- Share your return tracking details with us upon dispatch.
- Mark the package as Non-Commercial Value.
- Note that return shipping, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
- Complete the Return & Exchange Form within 3 days of receiving your order.
Return for Refund
If you would prefer a refund, please complete our Return & Exchange Form and return the item in its original, unworn condition within 3 days of receipt. Once the parcel has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed accordingly.
- Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, with all tags attached.
- Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
- You may choose to receive your refund as store credit or via your original payment method.
- Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.
- Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Return for Exchange
If you would like to exchange your piece — whether for a different size or an entirely different style — please indicate your preference on the Return & Exchange Form and return the item within 3 days of receipt. The following conditions apply:
- The item you wish to exchange into must be a full-price item. Sale items are not eligible as exchange selections.
- If the new item is of lesser value than your original purchase, the price difference will not be refunded — it will be forfeited.
- If the new item is of greater value, you will be required to settle the difference prior to dispatch.
- Subject to availability, your new piece will be dispatched as soon as your return is received and verified.
- Should your preferred selection be unavailable, our team will be in touch to explore the most suitable alternative.
