RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Lily Jean agrees to offer a Refund if the item in question arrived…
- with a manufacturer’s defect
- as the wrong item/color/size
In any of the above cases, we accept responsibility of our mistake and will provide you with a prepaid return airway bill and return address. You will be granted a full refund once your returned item has been received and inspected.
If you received the correct item but change your mind and simply wish to exchange it, the return shipping cost will be at your own expense. You will be provided a Gift Card voucher to the equivalent value of your initial purchase, which you may use for a replacement order.
Return and Exchange Guideline
- The Return Item must be in its original state, unused and with tag and invoice still intact.
- Please provide us the details of the Return shipment so that we can track the product. Failure to do so means we cannot take responsibility in the event of a lost package and the exchange will not be granted.
- The Return invoice and package must be clearly marked as Non Commercial Value.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the duty, tax and shipping of Returns for exchange.
- We recommend contacting your local custom office for further information regarding these costs.
Kindly fill in the Return and Exchange form and provide us with all requested details within:
- 3 days upon receiving your package of faulty goods
- 2 weeks upon receiving your package of non-faulty goods if you simply wish to exchange for another item
