How Will Sales Tax Be Calculated?

All Retail Prices already include sales tax.

How Much Will Shipping Cost?

Shipping cost are calculated according to the recipient’s zone and will be determined at Check Out once you select your delivery address.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

If the items you are ordering are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 3 working days. Depending on your location, the order can take 5-21 working days for International destinations and 1-4 working days for local destinations.

Can I Change My Order?

It’s possible to change an order with items at the same price or over. If your order has already been shipped, please fill in the Return and Exchange form and send the item back to us within 2 weeks of receiving your package. Kindly note the return shipping expenses will be your own responsibility. Please click here to follow guidelines for Returns.

How Will My Order Be Packaged?

Lily Jean holds utmost respect for Mother Earth and strives for quality from beginning to end. Your package will be lovingly wrapped in our 100% biodegradable packaging with a handwritten Thank You note and dispatched within 3 days. Whether it’s for you or your loved one our package will feel like a special gift!

Will There Be Delays?

During big sale events or within a few days of a new collection launch there may be delays on shipping. We truly appreciate your patience during these times and will let you know the soonest possible date we can deliver.

How Can I Track My Item?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation from us via email, along with tracking details for your order. Once your order arrives in your country, it will be handed to your local postal service and you will be able to track your order in more detail with them.

Will I Have to Pay for Customs & Duties?

Yes, all international customers are responsible for customs & duties within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Lily Jean is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

What Currency is Used Online?

Our online prices are quoted in IDR and a currency converter will assist you with an estimated price in your selected currency. Please note that final check-out prices can vary depending on the daily exchange rate.

Did You See Something In Our Store But Can’t Find It Online?

Don’t fret! If you can’t find the item on our E-Shop please contact our sales team at head_sales@lily-jean.com and let us know about the style you are interested in. We will do our best to help you and if it so happens there is no more stock, we are more than happy to do a Special Order for you.

What Do I Do If I Received a Faulty/Incorrect Item?
